Remo Stars shine bright in 2023 League Bloggers Awards

The League Bloggers Awards ceremony for the 2023 season showcased a narrative of dominance and excellence, with Remo Stars Football Club emerging as the undisputed star of the show. A stellar cast of award winners took centre stage, etching their names in the annals of Nigerian football history.

The crowning moment of the evening belonged to Emeka Obioma, who not only secured the title of NPFL Player of the Season but also earned his place as the league’s top scorer. His indomitable contributions paved the way for Enyimba’s league triumph, and his dual accomplishments reaffirmed his status as a football force to be reckoned with.

Obioma’s remarkable feat included being the first player to notch a hat-trick of the season, crafting a spectacular total of 14 goals in the regular matches and adding 2 more in the Super 6 Championship Playoffs.
