Shooting Stars, currently on an impressive run of five games without defeat in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), securing 11 points out of a possible 15, as well as securing their first win on the road this season in the mid-week fixture against Doma United, will be heading into this crucial derby tie in high spirits as they aim to end their winless streak against rivals, Remo Stars.
The Oracle-led side seems to have rediscovered the momentum they lost towards the end of the first stanza of the league and is presently occupying the seventh position on the log, five points behind fourth-placed Remo Stars who still have a game in hand.
